These terms define the rights and responsibilities of SKIS and users of the TOPIK registration service. The service provides examination information, registration support and related assistance for TOPIK in Singapore.

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information. SKIS may reject or restrict an application when information is false, incomplete, submitted unlawfully or likely to cause a technical problem.

Applicants must select the correct examination, enter the requested contact and identity information, accept the applicable terms and complete payment by the supported method.

• Payment is available by credit or debit card.
• Any processing fee charged by the payment provider is borne by the registrant.
• A registration is complete only after successful submission and payment confirmation.

Applicants should review all entries before payment. A successfully paid registration cannot be amended or cancelled, and fees are non-refundable.

SKIS collects information needed to administer the examination and payment. Information is handled for registration, delivery, settlement, legal compliance and other disclosed purposes, with access limited to authorised personnel and service providers.

The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, inspection, technical failure or communication disruption. Examination details and future service arrangements may also change, with relevant notices provided by SKIS.

Users must not submit false information, misuse another person’s information, interfere with the service, upload unauthorised programs or content, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt SKIS or other users.

Content created by SKIS remains the property of SKIS unless otherwise stated. Complaints will be reviewed through the applicable support process, and disputes are handled under the jurisdiction and law described in the official terms.
