2026년 4월 30일, NTU 박승민 교수님을 초청하여 G7–12 학생들을 대상으로 「스마트 변기와 공중 보건 기기 개발 과정」 특강을 진행하였다. 2023년 이그노벨상 수상자인 박승민 교수는 스마트 변기 개발 사례를 중심으로, 과학기술이 공중 보건과 일상생활의 문제 해결에 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지 소개하였고, 학생들은 창의적인 연구 아이디어가 실제 사회적 가치로 연결되는 과정을 배울 수 있었습니다.

On April 30, 2026, Professor Seung-min Park from NTU, a 2023 Ig Nobel Prize winner, delivered a special lecture for G7–12 students titled “The Development Process of Smart Toilets and Public Health Devices.” Through the lecture, students learned how science and technology can be applied to public health and everyday problem-solving, focusing on the development of smart toilets. The session provided students with an opportunity to understand how creative research ideas can lead to meaningful social impact.
